Clean molds and complete mold changeovers to meet schedule requirements\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nFollow & update IQMS RT Scheduler mold requirements, as determined by the planner\nGreen-tag readied molds; move to staging area in molding department\nDisassemble & clean molds; inspect for problems.\nInstall changeover parts, as required\nTake measurements to determine wear & proper sizes of pins, bushings, and hold dimensions\nKeep records up to date, including mold tagging system.\nOther duties as assigned\nPractice good housekeeping and appropriate measures to prevent pollution or other negative impacts on the environment\nUse power hand tool as necessary\nUse Ice Blaster as required\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nMinimum 1 years of experience working with industrial machinery and/or automotive in a mechanical aspect\nExperience working with injection molds, preferred\nExperience with forklift and pallet jack operation, preferred\nSKILLS & ABILITIES\nMath and reading comprehension\nAbility to read and understand work instructions\nAbility to read, write, speak and understand English\nMechanical aptitude\nAbility to read and understand micrometers and calibers, preferred\nWORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS\nManufacturing environment.
