You will support strategic customer accounts, manage service contract activities, coordinate complex quotations and order processes, maintain business systems and reporting tools, and act as a key contact for customer escalations. Working closely with Sales, Service, Operations, Finance, and Sales Administration teams, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting efficient business operations throughout the EMEA region.\nAs a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected.\nRole and Responsibilitie s\nProvide commercial and operational support for Top Customers, Selected Top Customer will be supported Globally\nAct as the primary point of contact for customer escalation and service exceptions.\nAdminister and manage EMEA Service Level Agreement (SLA) contracts including renewals, invoicing support and contract compliance.\nProvide commercial and operational support systems & parts sourced from non-Aylesbury, UK factories\nCreate and maintain quotations, and validate discount approval records within existing systems\nWork closely with Sales, Finance, Operations & Factory Sales Admin to collate monthly forecasts, bookings and shipments. Proactively identify forecast risks, work to resolve.\nReview and monitor forecast data, identifying trends and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy.\nMaintain customer and prospect data within CRM & ERP.\nGenerate and present regular reports on key performance indicators\nAssist in the preparation of quarterly business reviews and presentations for senior management.\nCoordinate with Service, Operations and Engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.\nDrive continuous improvement in sales support processes, data quality and commercial administration activities.\nRespond to customer and sales requests by telephone, email and other communication channels.\nSkills and Qualifications\nGood standard of education.\nMinimum 5 years' experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service or commercial operations.\nExperience supporting international customers and sales teams.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and reporting tools.\nExperience using CRM and ERP business systems.\nStrong commercial awareness and analytical capability.\nCustomer-orientated with a proactive and professional approach.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nAbility to organize and prioritize workloads effectively.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to communicate both verbally and in writing with individuals at all levels.\nStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to act on own initiative and make sound business decisions.\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.\nStrong commercial and customer relationship management skills.\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\nExperience with Salesforce, C4C, Efacs, SAP or similar business systems.\nExperience in a technical, industrial manufacturing or capital equipment environment.\nExperience managing service contracts and customer escalations.\nAdditional European language skills.\nTravel\nOccasional travel within EMEA may be required.\nAbout Nordson Test & Inspection\nNordson Test & Inspection manufactures world-class metrology equipment and inspection systems to ensure electronic products are built to meet the highest standards.
