Maintains warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards.\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities\nInventory Management\nReceive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products.\nMaintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP system.\nPerform stock counting, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory audits.\nMonitor inventory levels and report shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.\nEnsure proper storage, labeling, and traceability of inventory items.\nInvestigate and resolve inventory variances.\nImport & Export Shipment Management\nCoordinate inbound import shipments and outbound export deliveries.\nPrepare and verify shipping documents, including packing lists, invoices, delivery orders, and customs-related documentation.\nCoordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders.\nMonitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery and clearance.\nEnsure compliance with import/export regulations and company procedures.\nMaintain shipment records and supporting documentation for audit purposes.\nWarehouse Operations\nPick, pack, and stage materials for shipment according to customer or operational requirements.\nEnsure materials are handled safely to prevent damage or loss.\nMaintain warehouse cleanliness and organized.\nEducation and Experience Requirements\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Personnel to support warehouse inventory management and import/export logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing shipping documentation, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials through the warehouse. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.\n· Requires an Associate’s degree or 2 years of equivalent experience in planning, inventory control & warehousing.\nPreferred Skills and Abilities\nGood skills of Microsoft office and Adobe Acrobat.\nGood written and spoken English.\nTeamwork, carefulness, and can work with big pressure.\nWorking Conditions and Physical Demands\nOffice environment.
