Working closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR teams, you will support strategic decision-making and contribute to the achievement of operational excellence goals.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine, maintain, and continuously improve standard times and production methods across manufacturing operations.\nPerform time studies, workload analyses, line balancing activities, and capacity assessments to identify productivity improvement opportunities.\nAnalyze manufacturing processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and implementing corrective actions.\nLead continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity, reducing waste, and optimizing operational performance.\nPromote and implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies, including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Kaizen, Visual Management, and other continuous improvement tools.\nMonitor and analyze production KPIs, supporting management in identifying improvement opportunities and performance trends.\nDevelop business cases and ROI analyses to support investments, automation initiatives, and process improvements.\nSupport the industrialization of new products and processes, ensuring efficient integration into production.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness.\nLead structured problem-solving activities using data-driven methodologies.\nSupport workforce planning and work organization activities within production departments.\nPrepare reports, analyses, and recommendations to support operational and strategic decisions.\nCoordinate and guide Time & Methods activities across the organization.\nRequirements\nAt least 5 years of experience in Time & Methods, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or similar functions within a manufacturing environment.\nProven experience in time studies, work measurement, production standards definition, and productivity analysis.\nStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience leading operational efficiency and productivity improvement projects.\nAbility to evaluate investment opportunities through business case development and ROI calculations.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
