Demand Forecaster - HYBRID
Job Description
The Demand Forecaster plays a critical role within Replenishment;responsible for creating gross demand sales plans and managing the productivity of replenishment assortments to align with customer and product strategies. This role partners closely with ReplenishmentAssociatesandBuyingand Planning teams to ensureaccurateforecasts,inventory efficiencyandin-stock performance.
A Day in the Life…
Collaborate with ReplenishmentAssociates and Merchant partners to createdemand forecasts that align withcustomer demand,merchandise strategy, and financial goals.
Drive pre-season planning by providing data-driven recommendations, scenario planning,andactionable strategies.
Proactively identifyand communicate risks, opportunities, and insights related to item performance and inventory health.
Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, inventoryefficiency, and process improvementthrough analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Participate in key business meetings (e.g., strategy reviews, style outs) to representthe forecasting perspective.
Maintain accurateitem attributes and default settings to support forecast integrity.
You Own This If You Have…
2+years of experience in retail merchandise planning, inventory management, orrelated field.
Strong analyticaland decision-makingskillswith a focus on outcomes and solutions. Statistics proficiencypreferred.
Experience managinghigh-SKU, high-revenue, and/or seasonal categories.
Demonstrated ability to influence acrossteams using data and insights.
A customer-first mindset and a strong understanding of the retail environment.
Ability to proactivelyand effectivelycommunicate with cross-functional and external partners.
A growthmindset, embracing change and continuous improvement.
Proficiencyin Microsoft OfficeExcel, Planning, and Forecastingtools; adaptability to new tools and processes.

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
