Experience supporting a Supply Chain business is a plus. \nExperience managing labor plans in a high-volume, fast-changing operations environment (e.g., adjusting staffing against shifting inbound/truck schedules)\nProven track record of results in talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and building talent pipelines\nExperience designing and driving employee engagement and listening initiatives (e.g., VOE surveys and action planning) that translate feedback into meaningful organizational action.\nStrong analytical and data interpretation skills with an ability to apply quantitative analysis to HR outcomes and use data to influence and drive decisions. \nTrack record of successfully leading and delivering large, complex programs across multiple teams/organizations with strong project management skills a plus. \nStrong business and people acumen - ability to influence at all levels. \nStrong verbal and written communication skills. \nBachelor’s degree in related field preferred. \nLocation:\nThe selected candidate must be located within a commutable distance of the Nordstrom distribution center in Dubuque, IA.\nRelocation assistance may be offered\nPay Range Details\nThe pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws.
