You will have experience of working in an office environment, giving a high level of customer service, the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, multi-task, work to tight deadlines, adaptability, and manage information accurately and sensitively.\nIn this position you will be required to communicate effectively at all levels, have excellent keyboard and ICT skills in Word, Excel and databases. You will also need to have previous experience of arranging and minuting meetings\nYou will work closely with the Child Protection Expert, Social Workers and other Network Coordinators and Practice Coordinators to support the frontline staff and our children and young people.\nBelow is a list of tasks that you would assist and complete, though it is not exhaustive:\nEnsure key meetings are arranged, coordinating with internal and external professionals as well as families\nDaily minuting of comprehensive meetings\nTracking of group supervisions\nSupport the financial processes e.g. raising purchase orders, reconciliation, invoicing, setting up payments\nCoordinate information on bespoke systems\nTravel and booking arrangement for staff & families\nDuty rotas\nCollating and sending assessments\nCreating and maintaining trackers\nWe have ambitious plans to shape how we work with families, placing practitioners and relationship-based practice at the heart of what we do.
