The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join Norgine. The role reports to the relevant line manager and focuses on analysing data to generate insights that improve business performance, processes, and strategic decision-making.
This is a 12 Months Fixed Term Contract role.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and insights
- Deliver predictive and advanced analytics, including model validation
- Support business intelligence through statistical analysis and AI tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data quality and consistency
- Produce reports and visualisations to communicate findings clearly
- Support business requirements gathering and trend analysis.
Requirements
- Experience in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques and business intelligence tools
- Familiarity with statistical methods and/or machine learning tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to different audiences
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
Experience
- Experience working with structured and complex datasets
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Confidence presenting ideas and influencing stakeholders
