The role reports to the relevant line manager and focuses on analysing data to generate insights that improve business performance, processes, and strategic decision-making.\nThis is a 12 Months Fixed Term Contract role.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyse and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and insights\nDeliver predictive and advanced analytics, including model validation\nSupport business intelligence through statistical analysis and AI tools\nCollaborate with stakeholders to enhance data quality and consistency\nProduce reports and visualisations to communicate findings clearly\nSupport business requirements gathering and trend analysis.\nRequirements\nExperience in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting\nKnowledge of data analysis techniques and business intelligence tools\nFamiliarity with statistical methods and/or machine learning tools\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability\nAbility to communicate insights effectively to different audiences\nDegree-level education or equivalent experience\nExperience\nExperience working with structured and complex datasets\nAbility to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively\nConfidence presenting ideas and influencing stakeholders\nWays of Thinking & Working to Support Your Growth\nCurious, reflective, and open to different perspectives\nCollaborative across teams, functions, and geographies\nComfortable working independently and asking questions when needed\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Norgine, you’ll be part of an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued.
