You will play a critical role in safeguarding product quality, supporting patient safety, and maintaining an inspection-ready environment while enabling efficient site operations.\n12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) with Shift Working.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide QA oversight across manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, engineering, and related operational activities.\nConduct shop-floor GMP inspections and support compliance monitoring.\nAssess quality issues and make timely, risk-based quality decisions.\nReview batch documentation and quality records to support batch disposition activities.\nManage and support deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and quality events.\nPromote GMP, Good Documentation Practice, and Data Integrity compliance.\nCoach and support operational teams on quality standards and best practices.\nParticipate in audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring continued inspection readiness.\nMaintain effective communication and quality handovers between shifts.\nSkills & Experience Required\nEssential Experience\nExperience within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, medical device, or similarly controlled environment.\nWorking knowledge of GMP and Good Documentation Practice requirements.\nUnderstanding of pharmaceutical quality systems, including deviations, CAPA, change control, risk assessment, and document control.\nExperience analysing quality issues and supporting compliance-driven decision-making.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification, in a scientific discipline.\nKey Skills\nQuality assurance methodologies\nRisk management and problem solving\nStrong attention to detail\nWritten and verbal communication\nData management and documentation review\nUnderstanding of policies, procedures, and Health & Safety requirements\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment\nWhat Success Looks Like at Norgine\nWe're looking for someone who demonstrates our values every day:\nDrive - Takes ownership, delivers results, and makes decisions that matter.\nDare - Challenges constructively, embraces innovation, and acts with courage.\nDevelop - Collaborates effectively, values different perspectives, and helps others succeed.\nWhy Join Norgine?\nAt Norgine, you'll be part of an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued.
