We look for practical, hands-on experience, not theoretical familiarity.\nThis Role\nNorm is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to design, orchestrate, scale, and measure integrated marketing campaigns that support our business priorities and drive demand, engagement, and revenue with our target clients. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll build the campaign frameworks and cross-channel motions that connect our content, events, digital programs, and account-based efforts into cohesive journeys that move buyers from awareness to activation.\nThis role requires a sophisticated understanding of marketing with demonstrated success in integrated campaign strategy and execution across the full customer lifecycle. You'll develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies and create compelling programs that bring to life our brand narrative and company mission.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCoordinate campaigns: Design and lead integrated campaigns across key audiences and target clients, establishing scalable frameworks and processes that connect digital, events, content, and ABM channels into cohesive buyer journeys\n\nExecute the strategy: Create and implement campaign programs including thought leadership moments, paid programming, nurture streams, executive engagement programs, and ABM activations.\n\nDrive cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, GTM, and Norm Law to ensure campaigns align with company-wide strategy while meeting client- and narrative-specific needs\n\nMaintain the message: Coordinate across Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all campaign touchpoints\n\nDrive project management: Manage campaign resources including agency partners, vendors, and internal creative and content stakeholders to deliver programs on time and on budget\n\nOwn the metrics: Drive continuous improvement through post-campaign analysis, stakeholder feedback, and data-driven optimization\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nCore Qualifications\n3-5+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, or campaigns.\n\nHave a track record of successfully building and scaling integrated campaign programs that span digital, events, content, and ABM channels\n\nHave strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and attribution\n\nHave strong project management skills with experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns simultaneously\n\nAre comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with a bias for thoughtful action\n\nCreative and strategic thinking, you can turn a vague idea or goal into a concrete, compelling plan and see it through to execution\n\nNice to Have\nFamiliarity with AI, legal technology, regulation and policy, or another complex enterprise category\n\nScaled integrated marketing programs across channels\n\nExpertise in 2-3 marketing channels (paid, webinars, content, etc.) with a passion to excel in new ones (AEO, social, etc.)\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\n30 Days\nDevelop a strong understanding of Norm’s GTM model, business priorities, audiences, and existing campaign commitments.\n\nBuild relationships with key internal stakeholders and assess current partners, processes, and capabilities.\n\n60 Days\nPresent a prioritized integrated campaign plan, including what channels to invest in, areas for optimization, and what to deprioritize\n\nDefine initial concepts, target audiences, channel tactics, budgets, and success measures for priority programs.\n\n90 Days\nEstablish a clear roadmap for Norm’s integrated campaigns\n\nMove the first priority program into execution with aligned stakeholders, ownership, timelines, and measurement.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nRange: $120K - $160K\nThe range displayed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new-hire salary for this position.
