You will be instrumental in helping Norm Ai scale. In this role, you will hire top-tier talent across the Marketing, Finance, Operations and Engineering teams. You will operate as a true partner to hiring managers, from defining roles to closing candidates.\nOwn full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.\n\nPartner directly with hiring managers and founders to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.\n\nBuild, iterate, and scale recruiting processes tailored to a high-growth startup environment.\n\nDrive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through creative channels.\n\nDeliver a top-tier candidate experience.\n\nMaintain a strong pulse on the talent market and provide insights on competitive hiring trends.\n\nRepresent Norm Ai, helping to define and build our employer brand and candidate pitch.\n\nTrack and report on pipeline metrics and recruiting performance.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nCore Qualifications\n5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.\n\nProven track record of attracting top talent.\n\nThrive in ambiguity and enjoy building from scratch.\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross functional partners.\n\nNice to Haves\nExperience hiring in AI, ML, or LegalTech spaces.\n\nExperience at an early-stage venture-backed company.\n\nFamiliarity with Ashby.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nBase Salary: $130,000 to $170,000 per year\nThe range displayed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salary for this position.
