And our flexible approach enables working hours that fit your life.\nMain responsibilities:\nSupplier selection in alignment with the cross-functional team.\nNegotiatiating commercial, technical and contract terms with supplier.\nSupporting cross-functional teams and Plant Program Buyers.\nTracking project implementation until successful SOP.\nExploring opportunities for new cost-saving initiatives.\nLeading project implementation from the Purchasing side in EMEA plants.\nManaging and monitoring risk within the Supply Chain.\nIssuing RFQ’s and analyzing costings using the SRM tool.\nLiaising with other departments regarding resourcing or new projects, managing and tracking resourcing project.\nQualifications:\nUniversity Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar field\n3+ years on similar positions in multinational Manufacturing Company (Automotive industry experience is an advantage).\nExcellent knowledge of English language (multilingual abilities are advantageous) and advanced PC skills.\nExperience in ERP System - MS Dynamics 365 is an advantage.\nExcellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.\nOpen to travel across EMEA plants and supplier locations as required.\nFocused on goals, results and details.\nAt NORMA Group, we believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation.
