Twelve of these countries are supported from our warehouse in Hedensted, while the remaining two are supported from our warehouse in Horsens.\nOur warehouse in Hedensted is an international workplace with around 60 different nationalities, and there is plenty to keep moving. We are looking for a Team Leader who can create the right conditions for people to succeed, while making sure our evening picking operation runs smoothly.\nYou do not necessarily need a background in logistics to succeed in this role. What matters most is your ability to lead people, take responsibility and bring out the best in those around you.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nLeading, supporting and developing a team of pickers and picking coordinators\n\nCreating clarity, structure and direction in the daily operation\n\nMotivating and guiding your team through feedback, coaching and everyday support\n\nPlanning manpower needs and managing schedules\n\nRecruiting and onboarding the right people for the team\n\nFollowing up on picking performance, safety and compliance with our standards\n\nIdentifying opportunities for improvement and turning good ideas into practical solutions\n\nRecognising and celebrating the difference your team makes to the operation\n\nWorking closely with other warehouse departments to keep things running smoothly\n\nActing as a role model: being a visible and involved leader in the daily operation, ready to step in when needed\n\nWho are you?\nYou are the kind of leader who enjoys seeing other people succeed. You understand that strong results are created by strong teams, and you care about giving people the support, trust and space they need to do a good job.\nYou are approachable, organised and able to create structure without making things unnecessarily complicated. You communicate honestly and clearly, stay calm when priorities change and are comfortable making decisions when things get busy.\nYou do not have to know everything from day one.
