Your leadership skills, ability to motivate others, and focus on continuous improvement will be key to your success.\nYou will set a clear direction for the team, develop employees, improve processes, and ensure smooth communication between shifts and departments. You will also work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization to maintain and improve the quality standards delivered to our stores and warehouse.\nExperience from logistics or warehousing is an advantage, but it is not essential. In this role, you will help create a positive and supportive workplace where people feel valued, take ownership, and are encouraged to do their best every day.\nYour responsibilities\n· Lead, support, and develop the Quality Team.\n· Motivate and develop employees through clear communication, coaching, feedback, and encouragement.\n· Plan daily operations and coordinate staffing and schedules.\n· Recruiting the right talent and build a strong team.\n· Identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical, effective solutions.\n· Ensure a smooth transition and strong communication between day and evening shift.\n· Collaborate with warehouse departments to ensure efficient and seamless operations.\n· Maintain an ongoing dialogue with internal and external stakeholders about quality standards we deliver to our stores and improvement opportunities.\n· Follow up on quality performance, safety, and compliance with company standards.\n· Lead by example and step in to support the team when needed.\n· Report to the Planning & Quality Manager.\nAbout you You are motivated by seeing your team succeed and believe that a strong team spirit leads to great results. You are approachable, organized, and structured in your way of working, while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and help when needed.\nYou remain calm and focused when things get busy, communicate clearly, and know how to keep people engaged.
