efficient execution of customer orders and effective coordination between Sales, Operations, customers, suppliers and other internal stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate the end-to-end commercial process, from quotations and customer purchase orders through invoicing and delivery follow-up.\nProvide daily administrative and commercial support to the Technical Sales team, ensuring timely responses to customer requirements.\nCoordinate import and export activities, including shipping documentation, customs processes, freight forwarders and related foreign trade requirements.\nFollow up on customer orders, production requirements, inventory availability and expected delivery dates in coordination with Operations.\nSupport sales forecasting and demand planning, ensuring customer requirements and commercial priorities are effectively communicated to Operations.\nCoordinate billing activities and ensure alignment between purchase orders, deliveries, invoices and commercial conditions.\nMaintain accurate commercial information, order status and relevant documentation in company systems.\nCoordinate with local and international suppliers and internal stakeholders when required for customer order fulfillment.\nMonitor delivery commitments and proactively identify potential delays or risks affecting customers.\nSupport commercial activities related to the development of Mexico and Central America.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable foreign trade, customs and documentation requirements.\nContribute to continuous
