In this role, you’ll design and develop Normet equipment hydraulics for mining and tunnelling applications including battery electric vehicles and applications for mechanized or fully automated work processes. You’ll work in collaboration with other engineers and production and purchasing teams. The role is based in Iisalmi, Finland, with the possibility to work also remotely from our remote work office in Kuopio.\nMain responsibilities and tasks:\nDesign and development of Normet equipment hydraulics \nHydraulic calculations and measurements \nSupporting global production, sales and service organizations \nParticipating in proto equipment tests with our testing team \nCo-operation with our Indian hydraulic design team \nTo shine in this position, we hope you have:\nB. Eng. or M. Sc (Tech.) education in relevant field \nPrevious working experience in mobile machinery hydraulics & mechanics is an advantage, but you may also be just graduating \nExperience with E3 design software or similar and Inventor is an advantage \nFull working proficiency with both Finnish and English\nReadiness to work both individually and as part of a team \nOpenness to learn the necessary skills related to mobile machinery \nCome and share your courage to shine with us: show your customers their best future through leading technologies and solutions.
