You will collaborate with other professional disciplines and have opportunities to coordinate the design through all phases of the project.\nYou Will Make an Impact by\nCompiling information from reports and published documents; evaluating and analyzing the information to understand broad requirements of project\nDeveloping architectural designs, to ensure an exemplary solution is delivered that meets quality parameters, project timelines and budgetary requirements\nCoordinating design intent with other disciplines\nIntegrating engineering requirements, site surveys and field review information, adhering to applicable codes and jurisdictional requirements\nPreparing design reports, drawings and models following office standards\nPerforming site visitations to determine compliance with construction documents; identifying any deviations and liaises with owner and contractor to resolve issues in a timely manner\nReviewing project products, services, and shop drawings to ensure adherence to project documents, relevant jurisdictional codes and corporate quality controls\nYou Will Bring to the Team\nSuccessfully completed related post-secondary education\nExperience in all phases of the project cycle is required\nArchitectural design software skills including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, PhotoShop, and other architectural design software\nFamiliarity with MEP and Structural building systems and building codes is required\nRegistered with a relevant professional architectural association is an asset\n7-10 years of project work experience\nExperience in Public projects is an asset\nWe are:\nThe spaces we design and the technology we embrace shape how people live, work, learn, and connect.
