As the senior technical expert on our Business Applications team, you will design and develop complex integrations, create scalable solutions, and implement technologies involving AI services and platforms to support enterprise-wide initiatives.\nWorking closely with business leaders, solution architects, and developers, you will solve complex technical challenges while helping shape our application strategy and mentoring the next generation of developers.\nHow You Will Make an Impact\nDesigning and delivering complex integrations, APIs, and enterprise application solutions across multiple business systems.\nDesigning scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that support business growth and digital transformation.\nCreating workflow automation, robotic process automation (RPA), and AI-enabled initiatives that improve operational efficiency and user experience.\nEvaluating emerging technologies, develop proof-of-concept solutions, and recommend innovative approaches that deliver business value.\nSupporting and maintaining integration standards, reusable components, and development best practices that improve quality and consistency.\nEnsuring enterprise applications are reliable, secure, well monitored, and optimized for long-term performance.\nMentoring developers through technical leadership, code reviews, coaching, and knowledge sharing while serving as the technical escalation point for complex initiatives.\nWhat You Will Bring to the Team\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.\n5–7 years of progressive experience developing enterprise applications, integrations, or business solutions.\nExperience designing and delivering complex integration solutions across multiple enterprise systems.\nAdvanced knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Azure Integration Services.\nStrong programming skills using Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar languages.\nExperience with REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms and enterprise application architecture.\nKnowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), security best practices, and enterprise authentication technologies.\nExperience with AI-enabled technologies or integrating AI services into business applications is considered an asset.\nExperience working as Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role, or experience working directly with those roles.\nDemonstrated ability to mentor technical teams and drive development best practices.\nWe are: \nThe spaces we design and the technology we embrace shape how people live, work, learn, and connect.
