About the project  

As a  Senior Dynamics 365 Developer, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring alignment with Microsoft best practices, security standards, application lifecycle management (ALM) processes, and enterprise integration frameworks. The successful candidate will contribute to technical design discussions, perform complex development activities, support deployment planning, mentor junior developers, and ensure delivery of secure, maintainable, and high-performing solutions. 

Whatyou’ll do  

• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to translate business requirements into technical solution designs. 

• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and Microsoft best practices. 

• Design and develop custom solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights integrations. 

• Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, custom actions, business process flows, business rules, and advanced Dataverse configurations. 

• Develop client-side customizations utilizing JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices. 

• Design and develop Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls. 

• Develop server-side solutions utilizing C#, .NET, and Dataverse APIs. 

• Develop Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and integration services. 

• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems. 

• Develop integration patterns utilizing Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs, and middleware technologies. 

• Support implementation of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes. 

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps. 

• Conduct peer code reviews and enforce development standards. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects. 

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. 

What makes you a great fit  

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ora relatedfield. 

• 7+ Years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement development experience. 

• 5+ Years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service. 

• Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, JavaScript, and TypeScript. 

• Extensive experience with Dataverse architecture and configuration. 

• Experience developing plugins, custom workflow activities, and PCF controls. 

• Strong understanding of Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate. 

• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management. 

• Experience implementing enterprise integrations. 

• Experience utilizing Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline. 

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. 
• Advanced English Level isrequiredfor this role,as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
