Please note: We are currently considering applications only from candidates who are already based in Estonia.\nWhat you'll do\nProcess and prepare supplier and other outgoing payments\nPost and reconcile bank statements in a timely and accurate manner\nReview, process, and maintain purchase invoices and related documentation\nIssue and maintain sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing\nRecord and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances\nSupport VAT reporting and ensure compliance with local tax requirements\nAssist with month-end and year-end closing activities\nMaintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation\nCommunicate with internal stakeholders regarding payment, invoicing, and accounting matters\nSupport audits and other compliance-related activities as required\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency\nWhat you bring\n2 -3 years of experience in accounting\nDegree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field\nFluent in English and Estonian (written and spoken)\nGood understanding of financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow)\nExperience in VAT and other tax reporting\nAccurate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with high transaction volumes\nAbility to work independently and in a team\nProactive, goal-oriented, with strong analytical and communication skills\nOpenness to using AI tools to work more efficiently, within Nortal's data governance guidelines\nNice to have\nExperience with MS Axapta/Dynamics 365, Finbite/Omniva, and BI tools\nUnderstanding of IFRS\nWhy Nortal\nWe live by our values: commit to delivering value and results, take ownership, empower self and others, and own your future and growth.\nWe care about your growth and development.
