TUI is the largest leisure, travel and tourism company globally, and it owns travel agencies, hotels, airlines, cruise ships and retail shops.\nAs part of the team, you will be involved in creating intelligent AI agents and agentic workflows that automate and optimise key stages of the engineering lifecycle. The focus is on improving software quality, engineering productivity, consistency, and delivery speed while enabling AI-assisted development across cross-platform mobile applications.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, build, and evolve AI-powered agents and agent frameworks that support the Product Development Lifecycle.\nDevelop and maintain AI harnesses, evaluation frameworks, and governance controls for agent-based systems.\nImplement and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) solutions and other AI orchestration mechanisms.\nBuild and operate agentic workflows using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and related AI platforms.\nDefine prompt engineering strategies, model configurations, guardrails, and evaluation approaches.\nIntegrate AI agents with developer tools, repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering workflows.\nEstablish best practices for AI-assisted software delivery, code generation, review automation, and workflow orchestration.\nCollaborate with engineering, architecture, platform, QA, and security teams to drive AI-led automation initiatives.\nContribute to the development of reusable standards, patterns, and governance frameworks for AI-native engineering.\nContinuously evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, models, and agentic engineering practices.\nQualifications\nStrong experience designing and building AI applications using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI engineering practices.\nHands-on experience developing agent-based systems, autonomous workflows, or multi-agent architectures.\nExperience with Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Amazon Q, or similar enterprise AI platforms.\nStrong understanding of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and AI governance.\nExperience implementing MCP integrations and AI-native development workflows.\nProven experience using tools such as Kiro, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Amazon Q, or similar AI-assisted engineering platforms.\nExperience integrating AI solutions into enterprise software engineering environments and cloud-based platforms.\nGood understanding of software engineering principles and familiarity with Java or Kotlin-based ecosystems.\nExperience working with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.\nPassion for AI innovation and driving the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices.\nNortal offers:\n24 working days of paid vacation\n\n11 paid national holidays\n\nHealth care: up to 10 paid sick days, on-demand medical insurance, vaccinations\n\nMental health support: webinars, resources, and compensation for therapy sessions\n\nAccess to our corporate learning platform\n\nLanguage classes (English)\n\nFlexible benefits budget: a fixed monthly amount you can spend on what matters most to you -
