Someone who loves exploring new tools, understands how they work, and gets excited about turning emerging technologies into practical solutions.As our Captain AI, you will be the go-to expert for enterprise AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Claude, helping colleagues across the organisation use them effectively, securely and responsibly. You will combine technical expertise with hands-on problem-solving, service ownership and collaboration across teams.This isn't a traditional Product Owner or AI development role. It's an opportunity to become our internal AI champion, someone who doesn't just follow AI developments but actively explores how to make them work in the real world.\nPlease note: We are currently considering applications only from candidates who are already based in Estonia.\nWhat you'll do\nTake ownership of Nortal's enterprise AI platforms, ensuring they are reliable, secure, well-supported and continuously improving.\nAct as our internal AI expert, staying ahead of emerging tools, technologies and developments in the AI landscape.\nProvide hands-on technical guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.\nEvaluate new AI tools, integrations and use cases, helping teams understand their technical feasibility, practical value and potential risks.\nImprove and automate AI-related service processes, including licence management, access requests and support workflows.\nCoordinate the administration and operational support of AI platforms across our distributed IT teams.\nWork closely with Information Security, Legal, Compliance and AI Governance teams to ensure AI platforms operate within approved policies and controls.\nSupport the technical lifecycle of shared GPTs, AI agents, skills, connectors and integrations.\nDrive internal AI adoption through knowledge sharing, practical guidance and collaboration with colleagues.Identify opportunities to improve how AI services are delivered and establish scalable best practices across Nortal.\nWhat you bring\nStrong practical knowledge of modern AI tools and platforms, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or similar technologies.\nA genuine passion for AI, curiosity about emerging technologies and enthusiasm for continuous experimentation and learning.\nExperience in IT service management, enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, IT operations or a comparable technical environment.\nGood understanding of enterprise IT environments, including access management, integrations, security considerations and support processes.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and turn them into practical solutions.\nAbility to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nConfidence working with stakeholders across different business functions and seniority levels, including senior management.\nA proactive, independent and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership and drive improvements.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills in English. Estonian will be a plus.\nWe value practical experience, technical curiosity and the ability to learn over specific degrees or job titles.
