With a passion for quality, you will collaborate effectively with your team to deliver exceptional solutions that meet customer needs. You will take full ownership of applications throughout their lifecycle, from design through to operation.\nResponsibilities\nOversee the overall quality assurance strategy across teams and projects.\nDefine and standardise quality metrics, testing frameworks, and methodologies.\nEnsure alignment between business goals and testing objectives.\nWork closely with TTLs, Product Owners, and Architects to enforce quality best practices.\nDrive continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines.\nAdvocate for performance testing and accessibility standards.\nMentor and coach QAs across teams to improve technical skills and testing approaches.\nCollaborate with DevOps to implement resilient test environments.\nMonitor and improve test efficiency and automation coverage.\nAlign testing efforts with regulatory and compliance requirements.\nSupport business acceptance testing and ensure smooth production releases.\nProvide strong leadership in testing and quality assurance.\nDrive quality strategy at domain level.\nDemonstrate excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.\nBring strong expertise in test automation and performance testing.\nShow commitment to mentoring and upskilling QA teams.\nQualifications\nStrong experience leading quality assurance and test automation across multiple teams or products.\nAbility to define quality strategy, quality gates, and measurable testing objectives aligned with business goals.\nHands-on expertise with TypeScript and JavaScript for automated testing.\nStrong practical experience with Playwright and Playwright Test Runner.\nExperience designing scalable automation frameworks using the Page Object pattern or equivalent maintainable patterns.\nStrong understanding of API testing using Playwright API testing or equivalent tools.\nExperience with mocking, stubbing, and request interception for reliable test design.\nGood experience integrating automated tests into GitLab CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong understanding of test efficiency, automation coverage, flakiness reduction, and continuous improvement of test suites.\nExperience with performance testing strategy and quality criteria for customer-facing digital products.\nGood understanding of accessibility standards and how to embed accessibility checks into engineering workflows.\nExperience working with DevOps and engineering teams to improve test environments, stability, and release confidence.\nExperience using Git, npm, ESLint, and modern engineering practices.\nGood understanding of code quality and security tooling such as SonarQube.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with TTLs, Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders.\nCompelling coaching and mentoring skills for improving QA capability across teams.\nCustomer-centric mindset, passionate about delivering reliable digital products and services.\nStrong problem-solving skills coupled with clear communication and pragmatic decision-making.\nComfortable with ambiguity, highly autonomous, and able to drive alignment across teams.\nNortal offers:\n24 working days of paid vacation\n\n11 paid national holidays\n\nHealth care: up to 10 paid sick days, on-demand medical insurance, vaccinations\n\nMental health support: webinars, resources, and compensation for therapy sessions\n\nAccess to our corporate learning platform\n\nLanguage classes (English)\n\nFlexible benefits budget: a fixed monthly amount you can spend on what matters most to you -
