This role is for you if you value cooperation, and stakeholders’ engagement, alongside technical and/or domain understanding of what the project is to achieve.\nThe role is based in Oman and Nortal offers support in the relocation process!\nResponsibilities\nAccountable for P&L and project organization as a whole\nFull project team setup (what part we develop where, vendor contracts, full resourcing plan, key hires & fires, delivery process, etc).\nFull project plans & KPIs in place\nManaging key customer relationships\nKey negotiations (scope, etc).\nBeing responsible PM for some of functionality/area, handing over (accounting)\nResolving conflicts between delivery manager and project manager and different teams\nKey growth & development plans\nMaintains the overall project plan and escalates any discrepancies to any relevant party\nUpdates release plan depending on each sprint outcome\nResource planning experience\nProject Forecast\nScope escalations\nQualifications\nAt least 3 years of experience in project management with experience in technical project management and leading project teams\nPMP or Prince 2 project management certification is a plus\nDemonstrated expertise in change management with a track record of successfully navigating and implementing changes.\nFocus on building strong team, team members satisfaction and building relationships with team members.\nProficiency in both classic and agile project management methods, ideally demonstrated through certifications, training, and/or experience\nIT project management expertise, preferably with experience working with public or healthcare sector clients and in responding to tenders\nIndependent, committed, and structured working style\nExcellent communication skills and a team player mindset\nProficiency in English\nHands-on mentality, high quality awareness, and the ability to maintain optimism and humor even in critical phases\nWhy Join Nortal?\nWe hire people not only for their skills but also for cultural fit.
