You don't need the title \"Software Architect\" already — a senior developer who has grown into this kind of ownership fits just as well.\n\nHands-on experience with Java, Angular, Oracle, and PostgreSQL. This is the stack we build on, so you need to be comfortable working in it, not just familiar with the concepts.\n\nComfortable diagnosing problems early in a project or in a difficult phase, and setting direction from there.\n\nExcellent communication skills, including in front of clients. You'll represent the technical side in meetings and help the team make its case clearly.\n\nFluency in Estonian and English.\n\nNice to have\n\nExperience in a domain where the systems genuinely matter: banking, insurance, telecom, energy, or the public sector.
