Whether you prefer working remotely or from one of our offices in Berlin, Hamburg, or Dresden, you’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.\n\nAdvise clients and facilitate technical workshops with customers and their service providers.\n\nTake on technical project leadership, including solution design, specifications, and effort estimation in agile software development projects.\n\nDesign and document the overall architecture of large software systems consisting of multiple applications and their interactions.\n\nDefine system-wide architecture, design, and implementation guidelines and best practices.\n\nCoach, mentor, and support software developers and other team members.\n\nSelect and evaluate tools and systems that meet business requirements.\n\nSupport sales activities and proposal development, including technical solution design and effort estimation.\n\nMonitor and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends.\n\nRequirements\n\nA degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.\n\nSeveral years of experience in technical consulting.\n\nProven experience planning, facilitating, and structuring technical workshops.\n\nExtensive experience in technical leadership and/or solution architecture design.\n\nA strong software engineering background and the ability to work across a wide range of technologies, architectures, and ecosystems.\n\nDeep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD processes.\n\nCuriosity and interest in understanding complex IT landscapes and performing “architecture archaeology” to identify the best solutions for clients, teams, and systems.\n\nInterest in supporting sales processes, with experience working closely with clients and translating their needs into effective solutions.\n\nExcellent German and good English communication skills, both written and spoken (C1)\n\nStrong leadership and
