This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nAssemble electrical and electromechanical products in accordance with blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions. \nRoute, cut, strip, terminate, and connect wires, cables, and harnesses. \nInstall electrical components including relays, switches, terminal blocks, sensors, motors, power supplies, and control devices. \nRead and interpret assembly drawings, electrical schematics, bills of materials, and specifications. \nPerform continuity checks, functional testing, and basic troubleshooting of electrical assemblies. \nInspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering requirements. \nIdentify and report material, design, or process issues that may impact quality, safety, or production schedules. \nMaintain accurate production and quality records as required. \nOperate hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment safely and effectively. \nFollow all company safety policies, work instructions, and regulatory requirements. \nSupport continuous improvement activities related to quality, productivity, safety, and cost reduction. \nMaintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards. \nAssist with cross-training and other production duties as assigned. \nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED. \nMinimum of 1-3 years of electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment. \nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings. \nExperience using electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and continuity testers. \nKnowledge of basic electrical principles and safe work practices. \nAbility to use hand and power tools effectively. \nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality. \nAbility to work independently and as part of a team. \nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday. \nFrequent use of hands and fingers for fine motor tasks and assembly work. \nAbility to lift and move materials up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. \nAbility to bend, reach, twist, and work in confined spaces as required. \nAbility to distinguish wire colors and identify small components. \nVisual acuity sufficient to inspect detailed assembly work. \nWork Environment\nManufacturing and production environment. \nExposure to moving machinery, electrical equipment, and production noise. \nRequired use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as applicable. \nOvertime and weekend work may be required based on production
