records and reporting \nQualifications\nRequired\n5+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-volume or mixed-model environment\nDirect supervisory experience leading production teams \nStrong leadership, coaching, and team development skills \nExperience in lean manufacturing environments \nStrong problem-solving and communication skills \nAbility to read and interpret technical
