They liaise with purchasingand other departments, ensure material availability, and provide reports on operations to management for process improvement.\nJob Responsibilities\nMonitor and record inventory levels to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.\nIdentify and investigate inventory discrepancies or errors and make corrections.\nEnsure sufficient stock to meet operational needs and customer demand while minimizing overstocking and waste.\nCommunicate with purchasing, production, and other internal departments to coordinate material flow and manage schedules.\nPrepare regular reports on inventory status, transactions, and operational results for management, often making recommendations for improvement.\nConduct cycle counts and regular audits to maintain inventory\nJob Qualifications:\nRequired:\nHigh School Diploma\n3-5years’work experience in warehousing within manufacturing industry.\nHands on experience with ERP systems\nMust alwayshave the ability towear all required PPE.\nMust be able to stand, sit, bend and twist for 10 hours a day.\nDemonstrate proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.\nAbility to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.\nMust be detail oriented, self-motivated, anticipate work to be done, work with minimum supervision and have strong follow-up skills.\nMust have proven ability to work as a member of a team.\nWho we are\nNortek Data Center Cooling is a Madison Industries company.Madison Industries is one of the largest and most successful privately held companies in the world and has a robust portfolio of indoor air quality solutions.
