provide status updates to customers and internal departments.\nResolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, or delivery issues.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.\nAssist with cycle counts and inventory control activities as needed.\nKeep shipping and staging areas organized and clean.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nPrevious warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred.\nBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.\nExperience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping software is a plus.\nAbility to read and interpret shipping documents and work orders.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nEffective communication and problem-solving abilities.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.\nAbility to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and
