Persons and engineering staff on site.\nMaintain and update Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and RAMS.\nProvide technical support to the site management team and client as required.\nMonitor asset performance, compliance records, and risk management activities.\nInvestigate incidents and contribute to Root Cause Analysis where required.\nEnsure training, competency, and permit standards are maintained on site.\nPromote a strong safety culture and consistent ways of working.\nReporting Line\nReports to the Technical Director / Engineering Lead.\nWorks closely with the Site Manager and client stakeholders.\nRequired Experience & Skills\nEssential:\nStrong background in electrical and mechanical engineering within commercial buildings.\nPrevious experience in a Technical Manager, Engineering Manager, or Senior Authorised Person role.\nWorking knowledge of HV/LV systems and compliance requirements.\nSound understanding of statutory compliance, H&S legislation, and risk management.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to lead, support, and develop on-site engineering teams.\nDesirable:\nHV or LV Authorised Person status.\nExperience working on high-end corporate or critical environments in the City of London.\nFacilities Management or hard services background.\nPersonal Attributes\nCalm, professional, and confident
