This role combines technical leadership with practical engineering and close collaboration across product, infrastructure, and business teams.Key Responsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Golang, and modern frameworks.\nDevelop responsive, high-quality web applications using React and TypeScript.\nDesign, implement, and integrate REST APIs and event-driven solutions for enterprise systems.\nArchitect scalable applications using clean architecture, modular design, and sound engineering principles.\nBuild, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.\nDeploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure, using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).\nImplement monitoring and logging, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot production issues.\nCollaborate with product owners, designers, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver business-focused solutions.\nConduct code reviews, mentor team members, and encourage engineering best practices.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and contribute to architecture and design discussions.\nRequired Experience & Skills\n6+ years of software development experience.\nStrong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.\nStrong experience with React and modern frontend development.\nHands-on experience with Golang for scalable backend services is highly desirable.\nExperience designing REST APIs and integrating enterprise systems.\nSolid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.\nPractical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud services.\nExperience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.\nKnowledge of authentication, application security, and performance optimization.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and Git-based workflows.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with microservices and event-driven architecture.\nExperience with Azure services and cloud-native application design.\nFamiliarity with monitoring and observability tools
