The coordinator plays a key role in ensuring programmatic and academic consistency across campuses and jurisdictions.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nAssist in the development and revision of academic programs and syllabi across all campuses and jurisdictions (e.g., Puerto Rico, Florida, Oregon)\nCoordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and task assignments related to academic program development\nSupport the creation and update of documentation such as program outlines, course descriptions, and learning outcomes\nReview and validate program documentation and syllabi content to ensure academic quality, consistency, and alignment\nCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and academic stakeholders to ensure content quality and relevance\nEnsure that academic content aligns with institutional goals, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards\nParticipate in work sessions and meetings related to program design, review, and approvals\nMaintain organized records of program versions, revisions, and related correspondence\nContribute to reports and provide supporting documentation for institutional and programmatic accreditation processes\nDevelop operational processes for the projects of the curriculum area in coordination with the Office of Academic Development and Academic Affairs \nProvide the guidelines and direction to the work done by the team of curriculum specialists assigned\nResearch and investigate information about possible new programs and prepare reports to support the offerings\nAssist in the preparation and delivery of training or onboarding sessions related to new or revised academic programs\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives through data collection, tracking, and project documentation\nMinimum Requirement:\nMaster's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field\nBilingual in Spanish and English (written, read, and verbal)\nProficiency with productivity and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Office, Teams, Excel, OneDrive, etc.)\nStrong organizational and communication skills.
