The role will establish the programme structure, roadmap, integrated plan and governance arrangements and provide clear oversight of outcomes, dependencies, risks, resources, costs and decisions.\nThis is a generalist Program Manager position. The successful candidate may subsequently lead other strategic, regulatory, product, data, digital and operational-change programmes as business priorities evolve.\nKey Responsibilities\nEstablish the programme structure, governance model and delivery cadence.\n\nTranslate strategic objectives into an integrated programme roadmap and plan.\n\nDefine:\nprogramme outcomes and scope;\n\nprojects and workstreams;\n\nmilestones and delivery gates;\n\nroles and accountabilities;\n\ngovernance and decision forums;\n\nescalation routes.\n\nCoordinate business, product, technology, operations, risk and other stakeholders.\n\nManage programme-level:\nscope and milestones;\n\ndependencies and critical paths;\n\nresources and capacity;\n\ncosts and forecasts;\n\nrisks, assumptions, issues and decisions;\n\nactions and governance requirements.\n\nCoordinate opportunity assessment, prioritisation and mobilisation.\n\nIntegrate requirements, solution delivery, controls, testing and operational readiness into the programme plan.\n\nCoordinate pilot design, implementation, adoption and value-measurement activities.\n\nMonitor progress against agreed outcomes, milestones and delivery gates.\n\nIdentify and resolve cross-project conflicts, dependencies and delivery constraints.\n\nEscalate material risks, resource gaps and unresolved decisions.\n\nPrepare executive updates, governance materials and decision papers.\n\nFacilitate programme, steering and decision-making forums.\n\nManage scope changes and assess their impact on outcomes, schedule, cost, resources and risk.\n\nMaintain clear records of programme decisions, approvals, actions and delivery evidence.\n\nCoordinate implementation, hand-offs and transition into sustainable ownership.\n\nSupport benefit tracking, post-implementation reviews and lessons learned.\n\nUse approved digital and AI-enabled tools to improve programme planning, analysis and reporting while retaining appropriate human accountability.\n\nScope and Accountability\nLeads a complex programme comprising multiple projects or interconnected workstreams.\n\nDefines and maintains the programme-management approach, integrated plan and governance structure.\n\nOperates with a high degree of autonomy within agreed strategic objectives.\n\nCoordinates stakeholders across business, product, technology, operations and control functions.\n\nAccountable for consolidated programme visibility, including outcomes, progress, dependencies, risks, resources and decisions.\n\nDevelops options and recommendations where material delivery trade-offs exist.\n\nEnsures programme-level risks, dependencies and decisions are identified, owned and escalated appropriately.\n\nCoordinates project and workstream leads without necessarily holding formal line-management responsibility.\n\nSupports sponsors and governance forums in making timely, evidence-based decisions.\n\nDoes not ordinarily own the underlying business, product or technology functions.\n\nHas no formal people-management responsibility unless separately assigned.\n\nSkills and Experience\nStrong programme-management experience across complex, cross-functional initiatives.\n\nExperience leading programmes comprising multiple projects, workstreams or delivery teams.\n\nStrong integrated-planning, governance and dependency-management capability.\n\nExperience managing programme risks, resources, costs, forecasts and executive reporting.\n\nAbility to translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and delivery plans.\n\nAbility to identify critical dependencies, constraints and cross-project impacts.\n\nStrong senior-stakeholder management, facilitation and influencing skills.\n\nAbility to develop and present evidence-based options and recommendations.\n\nExperience supporting governance forums and executive decision-making.\n\nWorking understanding of requirements, testing, controls, implementation and operational readiness.\n\nKnowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methods.\n\nExperience in financial services or another regulated industry is desirable.\n\nExposure to artificial intelligence, automation, data, digital or emerging-technology programmes is desirable.\n\nSpecialist technical AI expertise is not required.\n\nQualifications\nRelevant degree or equivalent professional experience.\n\nProgramme or project-management qualification, such as PMP, MSP, PRINCE2 or an Agile delivery certification, is advantageous.\n\nExperience using programme-planning, reporting and delivery-management tools is advantageous.\n\nPreferred qualification - Demonstrated experience establishing and scaling enterprise AI programs, including governance, operating model development, business activation, platform adoption, risk management, and measurable value realization across multiple business units.\"\n\nSalary Range:\n$114,700 - 194,900 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
