The engineer will also support our Azure security engineering and cloud infrastructure, ensuring stability and adherence to governance.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and operationalize AI agents and intelligent automation tooling.\nAutomate cloud deployments, including network, storage, compute, and monitoring resources.\nHands on experience and implementing scalable log ingestion and data pipeline solutions, including migration and onboarding of complex , different data sources across security platform.\nDrive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks and best practices using tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates\nImplement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, testing, and management of infrastructure.\nMentor and guide junior engineers in Azure best practices, IaC, and cloud architecture design.\nDesign and implement robust security practices and policies in line with Azure’s security standards (e.g., Azure Security Center, Key Vault, etc.).\nExperienceQualifications\nProven hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing Azure cloud infrastructure.\nExperience with architecting, designing and building AI Agents.\nExpertise in Azure services including Compute, Networking, Storage, Security, and Monitoring.\nStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates.\nProven experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based infrastructure deployments.\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).\nSkills & Competencies:\nExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.\nProactive approach to continuous learning and self-improvement.\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices and tools like Git, Ansible, or Docker.\nExperience with containerization and Kubernetes within Azure (AKS).\nWork Authorization\nApplicants must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of application and for the duration of employment.\nPlease note that Northern Trust is unable to provide employment permit sponsorship for this role.
