Facilitates efforts of the service team and other internal stakeholders, coordinating resources to ensure timely delivery and issue-resolution, and effectively communicating client concerns/needs to partners.\nThe Client Service Manager is accountable for ensuring client satisfaction through:\nresponsiveness to client enquiries regarding the operation of all products\nadherence to procedures and agreed Service Level Descriptions\naccurate and timeliness of agreed daily/weekly/monthly deliverables\nThe key responsibilities of the role include:\nMain operational contact for client enquiries liaising with the appropriate internal partners\nProactive monitoring of client deliverables\nIdentifying revenue generating/cost reducing client operational efficiencies\nLead or participation in client service reviews\nAdministration of client accounts\nMaintenance and adherence of Service Level Descriptions\nProject management of restructure and transition activity\nCommunication of any changes to the client relationship to the relevant internal partners\nProactively work with the client and internal partners to automate manual processes and minimise risk\nIdentifies and addresses service issues, ensuring timely escalation\nSkills/ Qualifications:\nThe successful candidate will benefit from having:\nProven proactive client service experience, with the ability to build strong relationships through trust, credible knowledge and delivery of solutions and responsiveness\nAnalytical/problem solving through organisation and time management\nAbility to build strong internal and external network to assist in the timely resolution of client enquiries/issues\nInitiative to independently accomplish tasks and make decisions\nManage multiple priorities considering client impact, timeframe complexity and risk\nAbility to represent Northern Trust in external meetings and the client in internal meetings\nWork Authorization\nApplicants must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of application and for the duration of employment.\nPlease note that Northern Trust is unable to provide employment permit sponsorship for this role.
