Together, they reflect the three cornerstones of business conduct which we strive to instill in our employees, whom we call partners, and to provide to our clients and the communities we serve worldwide.\nWith more than 135 years of financial experience and over 24,000 partners, we serve the world’s most sophisticated clients using leading technology and exceptional service.\nJob Profile Summary\nServes as the senior subject matter expert for Payments Client Services, providing strategic leadership and advanced expertise across payment investigations, correspondent banking, SWIFT messaging, and institutional client servicing.\nActs as the highest escalation point for clients pertaining to complex payment matters and partners with leadership to drive service improvements, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and client experience initiatives.\nMajor Duties\nServe as the senior escalation point for the most complex, high-risk, and time-sensitive payment investigations and client issues.\nAdvise senior stakeholders, Relationship Managers, and clients on payment servicing matters and industry developments.\nLead resolution of complex cross-border payment investigations by partnering with Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Sanctions teams.\nEstablish servicing standards, operating procedures, governance frameworks, and best practices for the Payments Client Services function.\nAnalyze client servicing trends and recommend strategic improvements to enhance client experience, operational effectiveness, and risk management.\nLead client service reviews, executive client discussions, and remediation efforts relating to payment servicing concerns.\nDrive strategic projects, operational enhancements, regulatory initiatives, and payment modernization efforts.\nProvide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to Client Payment Liaison Consultants and Sr. Consultants along with building procedures and structure for Global Banking.\nMaintain expertise in SWIFT standards, ISO 20022 migration, correspondent banking, payment market infrastructures, and emerging payment technologies.\nSkills\nExpert knowledge of:Payment investigations and exception processing\nPayment operations and market infrastructure\nCompliance, sanctions, and regulatory considerations\nSWIFT MT and ISO 20022 messaging\n\nExcellent client relationship management, presentation, and communication skills.\nStrong project leadership and stakeholder management experience.\nStrong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience\n10+ years of experience in payments, treasury services, correspondent banking, institutional banking, or client servicing.\nExtensive experience handling complex payment investigations and advising institutional clients.\nProven track record driving strategic initiatives, process improvements, and service enhancements.\nRecognized subject matter expert with experience influencing business outcomes and leading cross-functional initiatives.\nSalary Range:\n118,450.00 - 160,000.00Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
