This role drives end-to-end product lifecycle management for Personal Productivity AI tooling (e.g., Copilot, enterprise AI assistants), ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities, effective adoption and use with appropriate governance. The role operates at the intersection of business, technology, and risk, partnering closely with Technology Platform Managers to define capabilities, deliver product innovations, and sustain adoption at scale.
