Together, they reflect the three cornerstones of business conduct which we strive to instill in our employees, whom we call partners, and to provide to our clients and the communities we serve worldwide.\nWith more than 135 years of financial experience and over 24,000 partners, we serve the world’s most sophisticated clients using leading technology and exceptional service.\nNorthern Trust is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of strategic cybersecurity initiatives across our global organisation.\nThis is a highly visible role where you'll partner with technology and business leaders to deliver critical programmes spanning Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Security Operations and Data Protection.\nIf you're passionate about leading complex programmes, influencing stakeholders and helping strengthen cybersecurity across a global financial institution, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do Within The Role\nLead the delivery of complex cybersecurity projects and programmes from initiation through to completion.\nCollaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define objectives, manage priorities and achieve successful outcomes.\nBuild, define and manage project plans/scopes, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.\nDrive clear communication and governance across global teams and senior leadership.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to organisational standards.\nSupport continuous improvement of project delivery practices, processes and controls.\nFoster a collaborative and inclusive environment that enables teams to perform at their best.\nOversee financial management and performance for projects\nIdentify process improvement opportunities supporting current and evolving program governance standards.\nIntegrate new tools and technology to support greater efficiency and quality in program planning and delivery.\nWhat We're Looking For\n10 + years of experience delivering large-scale technology projects\nStrong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Security Operations or Data Protection.\nProven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed organisation.\nExperience managing project budgets, forecasting and financial governance.\nFamiliarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.\nExperience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project or similar.\nExposure to delivering AI implementations is desirable.\nWork Authorization\nApplicants must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of application and for the duration of employment.\nPlease note that Northern Trust is unable to provide employment permit sponsorship for this role.
