This role ensures IAM services are secure, stable, compliant, and operationally effective while partnering with IAM Engineering, Product Management, Risk, and Technology teams to deliver reliable identity services across the enterprise. The position supports identity governance, privileged access, authentication, authorization, non-human identity, and related IAM capabilities. [IAM_30-60-...iorities 2 | PowerPoint], [Cyber Prog...AM_updated | PowerPoint]\nKey Responsibilities\nLead operational support and administration of IAM platforms and services.\nManage platform health, availability, resiliency, maintenance, upgrades, and operational readiness.\nMonitor service performance, operational metrics, and SLA attainment, driving remediation where necessary.\nCoordinate incident, problem, and change management activities for IAM platforms.\nDrive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.\nPartner with Engineering and Product teams to transition new capabilities into production support.\nSupport regulatory examinations, audits, control reviews, and evidence collection activities.\nMaintain operational procedures, support documentation, and service runbooks.\nManage vendor support relationships and coordinate issue resolution with technology partners.\nMentor junior team members and promote operational excellence across the IAM organization.\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ years of experience in IAM, Cyber Security, Technology Operations, or related disciplines.\nExperience supporting enterprise IAM technologies and security platforms.\nWorking knowledge of Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Authentication, Authorization, and Identity Lifecycle Management.\nExperience with incident management, service operations, platform support, and operational monitoring.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience operating within regulated and risk-focused environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with CyberArk, Saviynt, Entra ID, Okta, Ping, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.\nKnowledge of ITIL, NIST, COBIT, and cybersecurity control frameworks.\nFinancial services or highly regulated industry experience.\nRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, CyberArk, Saviynt, or Microsoft Security certifications.\nWork Authorization\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
