This includes designing, implementing, testing, debugging, and deploying. \nBuild metadata driven solution that is reusable and highly configurable. \nAutomate testing and deployment in Snowflake across Azure. \nPartner with business analysts to groom stories and implement those stories. \nWork on an agile team to quickly iterate and release solutions. \nProvide technical advice and assist end-users in solving problems. \nContinuously learn new skills and make improvement in the product. \nQualifications\nExperience and Skills\nMinimum of a B.S. in Computer Science, MIS or related degree\n12+ years of overall experince and 3+ years of related experience. \nIn depth knowledge of: \n.NET, C#, \nPython, node.js \nSnowflake \nSQL \nData Vault 2.0 or Dimensional Data Model \nExperience with: \nData Pipelines, ELT or ETL \nRelational or Columnar databases \nSigma reporting or Power BI or Tableau \nAgile methodologies, Scrum or Kanban \nCI/CD pipeline \nAzure cloud services \nExperience with one or more of below is desirable: \nAirflow \nPython \nDBT \nConfluence and ADO \nFamiliarity with buy-side financial operations and an understanding of related concepts (Portfolio Management, Security Master, Risk, Compliance, Accounting). \nCompetencies\nAnalysis: Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities; compare data from different sources to draw conclusions. \nCommunication: Clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message. \nExercising Judgment and Decision Making: Use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; recommend or take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences. \nTechnical and Professional Knowledge: Demonstrate a high level of technical and professional skill or knowledge; remains current with developments and trends in areas of expertise. \nBuilding Effective Relationships: Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals. \nClient Focus: Make internal and external clients and their needs a primary focus of actions; develop and sustain productive client relationships. \nWorking with Us\nAs a Northern Trust partner, you will be part of a flexible and collaborative work culture, which has a strong history of financial strength and stability.
