The successful candidate will lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise-scale IRM solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams.\nThis role requires strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development, solution architecture, integrations, workflow automation, and governance, risk, and compliance processes. The individual will also provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and help drive platform adoption and best practices across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nServiceNow IRM Development & Solution Delivery\nDesign, develop, configure, and implement solutions across the ServiceNow IRM platform, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and related applications.\n\nTranslate business and regulatory requirements into scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.\n\nLead effort estimation, technical design, development planning, and implementation activities throughout the software development lifecycle.\n\nConfigure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and integrations.\n\nDesign, build, and maintain complex workflows to support governance, risk, compliance, and audit processes.\n\nTechnical Leadership\nOwn and deliver across all phases of project delivery.\n\nConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, platform best practices, and architectural guidelines.\n\nDrive technical governance, solution quality, performance optimization, and platform stability.\n\nOwn technical decision-making, roadmap planning and platform strategy.\n\nStakeholder Management & Collaboration\nPartner with business stakeholders, product owners, compliance teams, and risk management teams to understand requirements and deliver business value.\n\nFacilitate discussions on solution design, trade-offs, implementation approaches, and best practices.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.\n\nPlatform Support & Continuous Improvement\nInvestigate and resolve production issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks related to ServiceNow IRM applications.\n\nStay current with ServiceNow platform releases, emerging capabilities, and industry best practices.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes through automation, standardization, and platform optimization.\n\nSupport platform upgrades, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.\n\nTeam Development & Mentoring\nMentor and coach engineers across varying experience levels and technical disciplines.\n\nPromote a culture of continuous learning, engineering excellence, and knowledge sharing.\n\nSupport upskilling initiatives and contribute to building organizational capability in ServiceNow IRM technologies.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
