Together, they reflect the three cornerstones of business conduct which we strive to instill in our employees, whom we call partners, and to provide to our clients and the communities we serve worldwide.\nWith more than 135 years of financial experience and over 24,000 partners, we serve the world’s most sophisticated clients using leading technology and exceptional service.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the architecture, design, and implementation of data engineering solutions leveraging Oracle, Snowflake, and Azure.\nDrive Oracle modernization and migration initiatives, including data movement, ETL/ELT, CDC, and cloud-based data platforms.\nProvide technical leadership, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering best practices.\nDesign and optimize complex Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Snowflake, and data integration solutions.\nBuild and support scalable data pipelines, APIs, and near real-time data synchronization solutions.\nCollaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.\nDrive performance tuning, operational excellence, production support, and reliability improvements.\nRequired Skills15+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering.\nStrong expertise in database design, performance tuning, and data modeling.\nHands-on experience with Snowflake, Azure, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, and cloud data platforms.\nExperience with Oracle-to-Snowflake migration and data modernization initiatives\nExperience with Astronomer Airflow\nExperience with Kafka, MQ, CDC, or similar event-driven technologies.\nExperience with REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns.\nUnix Shell Scripting and Control-M (or equivalent scheduling tools).\nAzure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and Agile delivery practices.\nStrong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nPreferredFinancial Services or Wealth Management experience.\nExperience leading large-scale enterprise data platforms.\nExperience with reporting and analytics solutions.\nExposure to modern data architectures and real-time data processing.\nSalary Range:\n$114,500 - 194,700 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
