This role requires strong hands-on mobile engineering expertise, technical leadership, and the ability to collaborate across mobile, web, backend, cloud, and platform teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality digital experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the architecture, design, development, and maintenance of native mobile applications for iOS and Android.\nProvide technical direction to developers, review designs and code, and promote engineering best practices.\nBuild secure, scalable, and high-performing mobile features using Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin/Java.\nPartner with product, UX, QA, backend, web, cloud, and release teams to deliver end-to-end mobile capabilities.\nIntegrate mobile applications with APIs, authentication services, analytics, feature flags, push notifications, and third-party SDKs.\nCollaborate with React web application teams to align user experience, feature behavior, and API usage across channels.\nWork with backend teams to understand APIs, microservices, cloud deployments, and PCF/Cloud Foundry dependencies.\nDrive CI/CD, release readiness, troubleshooting, performance tuning, observability, security remediation, and production support.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n10+ years of software engineering experience, including strong hands-on native mobile development for iOS and Android.\nAdvanced experience with iOS technologies such as Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Xcode, iOS SDK, and mobile dependency management.\nAdvanced experience with Android technologies such as Kotlin or Java, Android SDK, Android Studio, Jetpack, and Gradle.\nExperience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, driving code quality, and supporting enterprise release processes.\nStrong understanding of mobile architecture patterns, secure development practices, accessibility, performance, and automated testing.\nWorking knowledge of React-based web applications and how web features, routing, state management, and API integrations align with mobile experiences.\nFamiliarity with backend services, REST APIs, microservices, Java/Spring Boot services, cloud deployments, and PCF/Cloud Foundry environments.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, build automation, environment configuration, monitoring, and production support.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in regulated, financial services, or high-security enterprise environments.\nKnowledge of Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, observability tools, mobile SDK integrations, and release governance.\nExperience leading platform modernization, mobile architecture improvements, security remediation, or cloud migration initiatives.\nSalary Range:\n$114,500 - 194,700 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
