This includes financial management, resource management, dependency management, multi-year planning, reporting, stakeholder management, and audit compliance.\nThe ideal candidate has experience being part of large projects, helping identify and resolve key program risks and program blockers, and as well as providing critical data and business analysis to help drive program decisions. This candidate will also work directly with business unit service delivery managers ensuring that the vendor lifecycle management programs initiatives are being met against key timelines, budgets, and against competing business priorities.\nThis role is more than a project management position - a resource in this role will be expected to work with Architects and Senior leaders to design an implementation pattern; applications to plan the project required based on that implementation pattern, and drive the project to closure.\nThe project manager should be expected to understand technical concepts included in those patterns.\nMajor Duties\nProvides comprehensive consultation to business unit and IT Project management and strategies.\nUndertakes complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge.\nAdvances planning and project execution for end of life / end of support software.\nAdvances planning and project execution for targeted exit platforms and software.\nDefines project scope and objectives.
