As a support associate you will collaborate with Application Development teams to implement business solution through agile practice and manage production issues.\nThe ideal candidates will possess excellent leadership and communication skills coupled with a solid understanding of modern cloud technologies preferably in the financial sector. Critical incident may require weekend and/or after hours support.\nPRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:\nLead production stability effort by preventing production issue and improve production stability.\nTrack /Manage Incidents /Change /Problems for assigned applications.\nProvide regular and high-quality updates to all the stakeholders on the progress of the incidents, including SLA risks/breaches.\nIdentify measures to improve applications stability and availability to improve support service delivery.\nDevelop to become a Subject Matter Expert for assigned application domain.\nTroubleshoot production issues through monitoring and log analysis.\nAttend regular meeting with Project/Development teams to discuss production issues for prioritization, fixes and release.\nEngage Help direct systems projects, including project planning, management status reporting, systems specifications and implementation\nHelp ensure compliance with all audit requirements including change control procedures and data security\nManage and coordinate with onsite and offshore Managed Services provider and offshore NT partners to Support applications and drive continuous improvement efforts.\nCoordinate with various teams, including offshore staff, and raise support ticket for all issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of production issues.\nResponsible to attend on-call, after office hours including weekend to support High and Critical production issues.\nAbility to work with vendors and support staff on support tickets and follow up regularly till resolution is found.\nKnowledge/Skills\nHands-on experience with some of AKS, App Services, Functions, Key Vault, App Config, SQL Server, Databricks, APIM, Cosmos DB, Neo4J, and Apollo\nProficiency and hands-on experience in scripting languages - Python, Bash Scripting, Java, or similar\nPreferred experience with messaging and data platforms (EventHub, Service Bus, Kafka/Confluent) and analytics (SQL Server)\nPreferred Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, REST APIs, GitHub, and ServiceNow\nPreferred Knowledge in integrating data from multiple sources- MQ, Solace, XML, Excel files, unstructured data and loading them into staging/warehouse tables\nUnderstanding of dimensional data modeling - star schema and snowflake schema \nKnowledge on Azure DevOps and Agile methodology.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills are required\nExperience Required\nA College or University degree in Computer Science and/or relevant 6-8 years proven work experience. Related Industry qualification is preferred.\nSalary Range:\n$88,900 - 151,100 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
