global ERP technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap across SAP, Oracle, and related enterprise platforms.\nManage and support SAP ECC, EWM, GRC, SNC, SRM, Solution Manager, SAP PO, SAP Portals, and Oracle applications.\nEstablish enterprise architecture standards and design scalable, secure, and resilient ERP environments.\nOwn ERP security, user-access governance, Segregation of Duties (SoD), SOX compliance, and audit readiness.\nLead SAP and Oracle development, customizations, enhancements, APIs, Fiori/UI5 applications, and technical delivery.\nDefine integration strategies across SAP, Oracle, cloud platforms, EDI, middleware, APIs, and third-party applications.\nOversee system performance, monitoring, upgrades, enhancement packs, OSS Notes, vulnerability remediation, and operating system and database migrations.\nEnsure platform availability, stability, disaster recovery, backup readiness, and operational excellence across global ERP environments.\nLead cloud-transformation initiatives and support hybrid-cloud ERP architecture.\nDrive the adoption of artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent ERP processes.\nGather business requirements and translate them into secure, scalable, and compliant technical solutions.\nEnsure ERP configurations, custom developments, integrations, and technical processes meet quality, security, and compliance standards.\nLead global ERP implementations, plant deployments, acquisitions, divestitures, system conversions, and rollout programs.\nManage technology vendors, system integrators, and strategic partners to ensure successful delivery and measurable business value.\nLead and mentor global teams of architects, developers, security specialists, database administrators, and platform engineers.\nIdentify technology gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities while ensuring timely resolution and proactive risk mitigation.\nDrive continuous improvement, automation, cost optimization, platform modernization, and technical-debt reduction.\nPartner with business and IT leaders to align ERP investments with organizational goals and digital-transformation initiatives.\nProvide governance across ERP application development, including coding standards, architectural compliance, code quality, secure development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle management.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline, or at least eight years of equivalent related professional experience.\nAt least 10 years of related professional experience in SAP Basis, SAP Security, and Oracle database administration.\nStrong experience designing and leading enterprise IT architecture.\nExpert knowledge of SAP Basis and Security across SAP ECC, EWM, Fiori, PO, GRC, Solution Manager, and SAP Portals.\nHands-on experience with SAP HANA implementations, administration, configuration, migrations, and performance troubleshooting.\nExperience completing SAP implementations, upgrades, enhancement packs, and operating system and database migrations.\nExperience integrating SAP and Oracle with cloud and enterprise solutions such as SuccessFactors, Concur, Ariba, OneSource, Warehouse Management, and Oracle GoldenGate.\nExperience supporting high-availability environments and Linux Red Hat Enterprise Linux platforms.\nStrong knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, including Root Cause Analysis, CCMS, EarlyWatch Alert, technical monitoring, data-volume management, interface monitoring, and business-process monitoring.\nExperience managing SAP GRC, ERP security, user access, and Segregation of Duties controls.\nExperience completing at least two end-to-end ERP implementations.\nExperience designing and supporting disaster recovery, backup, and recovery strategies.\nStrong knowledge of SAP bolt-on applications and enterprise-system integrations.\nExtensive SAP Basis administration experience, including Suite on HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and dual-landscape environments.\nAbility to communicate complex technical information clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.\nStrong analytical, decision-making, leadership, presentation, and written communication skills.\nFluency in written and spoken English.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in a business or technical discipline.\nSAP Administration certification.\nSAP operating system and database migration certification.\nExperience supporting ERP platforms in virtualized environments such as VMware.\nExperience working with structured project-delivery methodologies.\nExperience gathering requirements and developing process models, functional specifications, and integration-test plans.\nExperience conducting system testing, integration testing, and user-acceptance testing.\nStrong understanding of business processes and
