ServiceNow platform architecture roadmap.\nEstablish development standards, governance, and best practices.\nLead solution architecture reviews and technical design sessions.\nEnsure platform scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.\nSolution Design & Development\nDesign, develop, configure, and support complex ServiceNow solutions.\nDevelop custom applications, integrations, workflows, business rules, and catalog items.\nConfigure Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, Employee Center, and Workspaces.\nConduct code reviews and enforce quality standards.\nAsset Management (HAM & SAM)\nImplement HAM and SAM solutions.\nDesign discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and compliance processes.\nSupport software optimization, vendor audits, and asset lifecycle management.\nStrategic Portfolio Management (SPM)\nImplement demand, project, portfolio, resource, agile, and financial management capabilities.\nCreate executive dashboards and reporting solutions.\nIT Service Management (ITSM)\nArchitect Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog capabilities.\nAlign solutions with ITIL best practices.\nHuman Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)\nImplement HR case management, employee lifecycle events, and self-service experiences.\nEnsure compliance with privacy and security requirements.\nLeadership\nMentor developers and administrators.\nPartner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.\n8+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.\n5+ years of ServiceNow solution architecture experience.\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).\nProven delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.\nStrong expertise in HAM, SAM, SPM, ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM.\nPreferred Qualifications & Certifications\nAdvanced experience with JavaScript and core ServiceNow development tooling, including Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.\nExperience managing stakeholders and communicating technical solutions to business or executive audiences.\nServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).\nCIS-ITSM, CIS-HAM,
