The selected candidate will be responsible for Contract Set Up Group (CSG) activities within Defense Systems Sector. This position will be based inNorthridge, CA, Mesa, AZ, Plymouth, MN or any NG onsite location.\nEssential Functions:\nInterpret Contract and enter into SAP Contract Setup Form - Analyze contract to determine setup requirements. Work with stakeholders to collaborate on contract and setup requirements. Investigate and resolve issues to include billing labor category errors that have an impact on business management reporting and billing. \nInteract with Contract Administrator and other stakeholders on SAP Setup - Lead formal and informal contract kickoff meetings. Communicate effectively to address key setup questions and to avoid setup errors. Provide recommendations to contracts and business management to prevent issues with financial reporting, invoicing, and cash. \nIncorporate changes into the SAP S4 HANA system that reflect negotiated and agreed-upon contract parameters and guidelines.\nSupport requests for data by programs, customers, and company management.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree with no experience, Associate’s degree with 4 years\nUnderstanding of government contracting.\nHighly proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to manage large sets of data and create pivot tables, charts, and graphs to summarize information\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProficient in contract set up within SAP S4 HANA.\nSalary Range:\n Level 1:\nNorthridge: $63,000-$94,600\nPlymouth: $60,200- $90,200\nMesa: $54,400-$81,600\ncampusjobs\nThe application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
